1. The first page should be the Title Page and should carry: • the full dissertation title 2. The second page should be the Abstract. The Abstract of the dissertation should concisely summarise its scope and principal arguments, in no more than 300 words. Text and footnotes Dissertations in typescript should present the main text in double-spacing with block quotations and footnotes in single spacing (0.33 inch or 8mm between successive lines of text).
