InstructionsImagine yourself as an HR manager of a mid-size IT-company located in California. You were charged with a task of developing a text for the brochure which will be used for attracting potential employees in the area. Information from the brochure will also be posted on company’s website and Facebook page. The goal of the brochure is to outline two benefit programs available and communicate their value for the purpose of talent recruitment. You may choose any of the benefits programs described in the reading materials or design your own ones. The key goal is to communicate their value effectively.Your submission should be a 1-2 pages long Word file.
