Please notice that the authors use the term non-training requirements to indicate elements that support the job tasks but are not related to personal training or skills. Examples in the text include availability of data, computers, or certain key information. Often these are missing or inadequate elements that cause performance issues, so pay close attention to this item.In no more than one sentence, remind us of the problem that you are investigating for your project. Then, based on the job task analysis interview you conducted, complete a narrative of what you learned. Do not report on the interview itself, but answer the following questions: 1. How has completing the job task analysis benefited your needs assessment project? 2. Based on your project, how can completing a job task analysis lead to the development of an effective non-training solution? 3. Describe your reasons for choosing the interviewee.In addition to the above criteria, the form should be complete, clearly written, and reflect tasks in a logical order.
