Your new position as an HRM has provided you with experience to acquire and keep a talented and diverse workforce. For this assignment, you are required to identify a case study through your research that identifies the challenges and accomplishments involved in managing a diverse workforce that truly values people (customers). Be sure your paper provides a recommendation section that other workers can benefit from learning about the positive impact of having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
