This assignment is based on strategic marketing. I have chosen the company Zara. Attached is the brief and my issues and objective ideas. Can use PESTLE and SWOT for the enviromental scan and either RACE or SOSTAC for the digital marketing. Need to be done in general first and then identify issues which then lead to my SMART objectives. It is 50% of my grade.
