Victim Rights and Laws

Most victim’ rights laws and programs are worthy ideas that were long overdue. Only a few, however, provide the kind of direct services that are likely to reduce crime.You are to write a paper that argues against the propositions and then for it. The last section you should state where you stand on it.  The paper should be be between 750 and 1000 words.
